Contact our support team via email or visit our retail store with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason.
Verification and Approval
Our staff will review your request and, if applicable, ask for photos of the item's condition to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack and Ship
Carefully package the item in its original box with all components included and send it back to our Bangkok hub using a tracked courier service.
Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
